The house consists of four large single rooms with en-suite shower facilities. Each room has it’s own wash-hand basin and kitchen area with additional sink.  The rent is reviewed on an annual basis and is currently ~£510 per term and this figure    includes accommodation, heating and lighting. There is no resident warden but the Hillel committee is readily available at all times.
